WOD

For 12 mins, practice Handstands or Handstand Walks.

and then...

For another 12 mins, do 3-5 reps of HSPUs On The Minute.

2. Worked on handstands today & actually there was that moment where I held myself steady but only for a few seconds. It kind of felt like getting my first muscle up. It was a different position & felt pretty good about it. However, like a muscle up I tried over & over to do it again & failed, but it was a start. On the HSPU I did 7 sets x 5 reps; 3 sets x 4 reps & last 2 sets x 2 reps. Wanted to get 3 possibly 4 but my shoulders just weren't going to do it. Anyways, hope everyone has a great day! 3. 1 strict hspu on the minute. Tried to preserve my shoulder fxn. Happy birthday Chad. Hope you treated yourself to a whataburger milkshake.
