U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Bradley R. Smith, 24, of Troy, Illinois, assigned to the 10th Air Support Operations Squadron, based in Fort Riley, Kansas, was killed on January 3, 2010, by an improvised explosive device in Zhari district, Kandahar Province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Tiffany, daughter Chloe, parents Gary and Paula, and brother Ryan.

10 rounds, for time of:

Sprint 100 meters

Pull-Ups x 10 reps

Sprint 100 meters

Burpees x 10 reps

Rest 30 seconds

1. I have done HERO WOD BRADLEY before so I opted to do a WOD that looked interesting to me. There are several different ways to put this WOD together but this was my version of the 12 days of Xmas:
1. Run from the door to the end of the parking lot & back
2. 30" box jumps
3. 95# thrusters
4. 95# SDHP
5. 95# Push Press
6. 55# KB Swings
7. Burpees
8. GHD Sit ups
9. 95# OHS
10. Pull Ups
11. Handstand Push Ups
12. 95# Hang C&J
You perform this like the song, start w the run, then 2 box jumps run, then 3 thrusters 2 box jumps & run, then 4 SDHP 3 thrusters 2 box jumps & run etc etc.
Time: 55 mins
I suggest doing the HERO WOD!

2. 34:33 I believe. I was smoked from not doing anything for two weeks except for eating and of course the cold air. I did this in 22 minutes this summer!

3. 18:55...my lungs are still burning! I think we did this one at the end of September. I improved about 3 minutes...hooray!

4. As Rx - 25:07. Improved by 3:43 since I last saw this one 9.26.11 but not close to sub 20, yet! Thank you, God, for cooler weather!

5. 34 mins today 29 mins in Sept. however i was doing 6 jumping pull ups and 6 burpees then -- today 10 pull ups w green band and 10 burpees. Progress !!!
