Tire Flips, 100 feet for time.
Sled Push, 100 feet for time.
Farmers Carry, 100 feet for time.
Give yourself ample time to warm up with the modalities, and then 3 attempts per movement for best time(s). The goal of this wod today is to go HEAVY and as FAST as possible.

I am not 100% sure of the weights I posted so anyone reading the message board feel free to correct my weights posted if they are incorrect. That was fun today but I thought I was going to meet Mr. Pukie, I really can't be shocked, when the healthiest thing you eat on Sunday is Five Guys. Anyways, I'm happy the output today was short & sweet! Hope everyone has a great day!

I didn't keep up with my loads on the sled. I just tried to increase it and to move quickly with it...around 15 sec as best I can remember.
Tire flips were sloooow...55 to 57 sec. Farmer Carry/Run 14/13/14 @ increasing loads.
